Your consultant will arrange a quote for Fiber‑Seal and/or cleaning services, and once you’ve had a chance to review it, they will schedule a technician to complete the work.
2. PROTECT YOUR FINE FURNISHINGS
Our technician will visit your home to protect and/or clean your fine furnishings. Fiber-Seal protection typically dries within 3–5 hours, and surfaces that are cleaned as well may require additional drying time. For your peace of mind, our most popular products are GREENGUARD Gold certified.
3. MAKE MEMORIES
Live in your home worry-free knowing that your fine fabric investments are protected.
4. AT-HOME CARE & CLEAN UP
Each At‑Home Care Kit includes a set of instructions to help you address minor mishaps as they happen. When using your kit, always apply the products to a dry, clean, white cloth—never directly to your furnishings. Blot gently and avoid rubbing. For best results, do not use water, seltzer, or any other DIY cleaning methods on your treated furnishings.
Don't forget about your COMPLIMENTARY AFTER-CARE, because stains happens and we understand! Call us when you’re dealing with the tough ones. We’ll send one of our trained technicians to address the spot of concern at no additional charge.
